Zauj\u00edmavej\u0161ou t\u00e9mou je v\u0161ak pod\u013ea m\u0148a to, \u010do pr\u00edde po tomto z\u00e1kroku. Lek\u00e1rka, ktor\u00e1 mi \u017eily o\u0161etrovala, mi odporu\u010dila nieko\u013ekod\u0148ov\u00fd relax, nosenie kompresn\u00fdch pan\u010d\u00fach a po uplynut\u00ed t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a natieranie n\u00f4h kr\u00e9mom na k\u0155\u010dov\u00e9 \u017eily. Pozor, nepou\u017e\u00edvajte pr\u00edli\u0161 studen\u00e9 obklady. Najlep\u0161ia je teplota vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vyberiete z chladni\u010dky, nie z mrazni\u010dky. Se\u010fte \u010do naj\u010dastej\u0161ie so zdvihnut\u00fdmi nohami. Mali by by\u0165 nad \u00farov\u0148ou srdca. Pite \u010do najviac tekut\u00edn. Tie toti\u017e prirodzene riedia krv, a to je pre v\u00e1s ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9. Vyhnite sa pitiu alkoholu. Jedno pivo v\u00e1m neu\u0161kod\u00ed, no tvrd\u00fd alkohol naozaj vyl\u00fa\u010dte zo svojho zoznamu n\u00e1pojov. Sna\u017ete sa aspo\u0148 dvakr\u00e1t denne chodi\u0165 po dobu dvadsiatich min\u00fat. S pohybom to v\u0161ak nepreh\u00e1\u0148ajte.
